Job summary

IFF is seeking a Global HRBP GBS to act as the strategic partner to GBS leadership, translating business strategy into talent and workforce outcomes. The role supports ~1,000 employees across multiple hubs, focusing on organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, succession, and employee engagement in a hybrid global setting.

We require 10+ years of HR leadership experience, success partnering with senior leaders, and a strong analytics background to influence workforce decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership ownership.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations and senior executives.
• Strong background in talent management, Succession planning, organizational design and change management.
• Experience leading workforce transformation initiatives and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to GBS leadership on strategy, workforce planning, culture and effectiveness.
• Develop workforce plans aligned with current and future business needs.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness and capability requirements for business decisions.
• Lead the people strategy for transformation including operating model changes and automation.
• Partner across GBS locations to align global priorities with local execution.
• Build robust talent pipelines, conduct succession planning and coach leaders on talent decisions.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging culture and leverage workforce data to drive improvements.
