This role involves driving impactful people strategies that foster engagement and support a workforce of up to 150 professionals.

Formación

• 8–12 years of diverse HR experience.
• Expertise in at least three HR areas like organizational development and talent development.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.
• Proven track record in multinational and/or fast-paced industries.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Provide insights on workforce planning and change management.
