Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an HR Lead for the GBS Mexico hub in Mexico City. You will shape the people strategy for the site, acting as a core member of the leadership team to build a high-performing, innovation-driven workforce aligned to global priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years HR experience with strong HRBP and Site HR experience.
• GCC HR exposure is preferable.
• Experience in scaling organizations and leading transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management in global, matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HR strategy aligned to GBS priorities.
• Lead large-scale recruitment and workforce planning and build a scalable hiring engine.
• Design and implement Hire-to-Retire HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Embed EVP and build employer brand for the Mexico hub.
• Act as strategic HR advisor to site and global leadership.
• Drive learning, capability building, and future skills agenda.
• Establish HR governance, analytics, and scalable operating model.
• Lead change and transformation for the GCC build and transition.
• Facilitate the transition of the Centre from BOT to Internal TMICC.
