Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Mexico seeks a Head of HR Service Operations to lead the global HR service delivery engine, ensuring scalable, compliant operations and a strong governance framework.

The role will orchestrate transitions, governance, and performance measurement across COEIs and GCC delivery models. As a strategic partner to COEI Heads and regional HR leads, you will shape transition plans, establish service boundaries, and drive continuous improvement to deliver dependable HR

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in large-scale HR operations or shared services.
• Experience building or transforming GCC/captive center delivery models.
• Strong governance, data quality, audit readiness, and risk management.
• Proven ability to transition work into shared services and measure performance.
• Ability to partner with COEI leaders across regions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee phased transition of COEI work into the GCC HR Ops model.
• Lead Learning and Talent Operations, systems administration, and Total Reward Ops.
• Drive ongoing migration and expansion of GCC HR Operations.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability for service delivery.
