Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver Global HR Service Delivery across the employee lifecycle. You will support Tier 2 queries, manage HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow, and contribute to HR transformation and workflow optimization.

The role emphasizes governance, compliance, and a human-centric, data-driven approach. The position operates within a clustered HR model, partnering with HR stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely service delivery while leveraging

Qualifications

Experience in HR Shared Services or People Operations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday.
Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives.
Exposure to global HR processes and compliance requirements.
Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including hire, job changes, leave of absence, and termination.
Drive deflection of Tier 1 queries to self-service and AI-enabled front door solutions.
Resolve Tier 2 employee and manager queries across multiple channels (Calls, Video Service Now, HR portal, email, etc.).
Execute HR transactions in systems such as Workday, and ServiceNow with high accuracy and timeliness.
Govern and generate HR documentation with standardized templates and AI-enabled content.
