Job summary

Takeda Mexico is seeking a working leader to co-manage a team of People Experience Partners within a Global Capability Centre, supporting leaders across a defined geographic cluster. This role blends people leadership with hands-on involvement in complex, sensitive assignments and serves as a primary contact for HR business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
• Eight or more years of progressive HR experience with regional/global scope.
• Deep expertise in at least one people practice area (leave, ER, comp & benefits, org design, L&D).
• Experience leading and coaching others across complex global organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication, with senior leader coaching.
• Experience using people analytics, HRIS, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team by setting priorities and building capability.
• Manage complex people matters with hands-on guidance on restructurings and ER.
• Advise and coach leaders across performance, talent, rewards, and organization design.
• Lead a regional practice area applying specialist expertise and maintaining standards.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and escalate where needed.
• Drive service quality and compliance with data privacy and employment law.
• Use data and digital tools to identify trends and improve processes.
