Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Mexico seeks a Head of HR Service Operations to lead global HR service delivery, partnering with COEIs and GCC sites to ensure scalable, reliable operations.

You will define the operational “how,” drive governance, transition plans, and continuous improvement, building capability and leadership across offshore and on-site teams, delivering audit-ready processes in a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in large-scale HR operations or SSC environments.
• Experience with GCC/captive center models is preferred.
• Strong governance, controls, audit readiness and data quality expertise.
• Proven ability to transition work into shared services and measure performance.
• Ability to partner with COEI leaders and global stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume HR service operations with strong controls over systems administration and change.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational execution with governance and operating rhythms.
• Oversee the transition of work from COEIs into GCC HR Operations and standardize processes.
• Scale the GCC HR Operations model and develop leadership and capability.
