Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Regional HR Lead to provide strategic direction and oversight for regional People Experience Partners and People Solutions Advisors. You will shape priorities, manage regional capacity, and ensure consistent employee journeys across clusters of countries.

You will influence across a global matrix, lead HR operations end-to-end, and drive data analytics, AI and digital tools adoption to improve outcomes. English required; Spanish/Portuguese/ French a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership of multi-country HR delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or related field; master’s or HR certification preferred.
• Experience working with multiple countries within the region (US, Canada, LATAM).
• Proven experience with HR systems like Workday and ITSM tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to influence across a global matrix organization and drive regional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for regional HR delivery across co-located teams and stakeholders.
• Determine regional capacity and resource strategy across clusters and functions.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding across the region.
• Act as senior advisor to HR Business Leaders, Centers of Excellence and senior stakeholders.
• Represent the region in global HR forums and report on service performance.
