Takeda Innovation Solutions Mexico S.A de C.V is seeking a People Solutions Advisor - Cluster Lead to guide a co-located team delivering front-line HR support across several countries. In this working leadership role you will handle escalations, manage capacity, and ensure timely, accurate employee lifecycle processing with a strong focus on data quality and compliant practices.

Qualifications

Six or more years of experience in HR operations, shared services, people operations or customer care in global environments.
Experience leading, coaching and developing teams, allocating work and setting priorities.
Hands-on knowledge of HR systems and case management tooling (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a co-located team of People Solutions Advisors, balancing workload and growth.
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle delivery across the cluster with accurate, timely service.
Maintain regional process ownership and align with global design and local regulatory requirements.
Ensure service quality and compliance through KPI monitoring, data accuracy and auditing.
