Job summary

Takeda is hiring a People Solutions Advisor - Cluster Lead in Mexico City. You will lead a co-located team delivering frontline HR support across multiple countries, handling escalations and peak volumes while ensuring accurate, timely employee lifecycle services.

You will own regional processes, drive self-service adoption, and partner with HR colleagues to maintain data quality and compliance, applying a human-centric approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or people operations.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing others, across teams or workloads.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and high-volume query resolution.
• Fluency in English; additional languages for the cluster are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a co-located team of People Solutions Advisors, setting priorities and workload.
• Own end-to-end delivery of employee lifecycle activities across the cluster.
• Oversee case management across channels and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage escalations and provide guidance for complex or sensitive queries.
• Drive process improvements and data quality across HR systems.
