EY is hiring an HR Generalist in Mexico City to deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role emphasizes deflection of Tier 1 queries to AI-enabled self-service and handling Tier 2 inquiries via multiple channels, ensuring accurate HR transactions in Workday.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to drive governance, data integrity, and continuous process improvements while applying global standards and local regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including hire, moves, leaves and termination.
• Deflect Tier 1 queries to self-service and AI-enabled front door solutions to improve efficiency.
• Resolve Tier 2 queries across calls, video, HR portal, and email.
• Execute HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow with high accuracy.
• Govern and generate HR documentation using templates; leverage AI-enabled content.
