Job summary

EY-GDS- HR People Experience Partner- Senior is a strategic HR role within EY's People Consulting. The partner will deliver tech-enabled employee experiences, advise leaders on complex people matters, and ensure consistent adoption of HR processes and tools across client groups and geographies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience for experienced People Experience Partner profiles.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience for more senior People Experience Partner profiles.
• Strong generalist HR experience, preferably within regional or global environments.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience working within shared-service, clustered, or tiered HR operating models is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide people partnership support to assigned client groups and leaders across the region.
• Coach and advise leaders on complex or sensitive people matters.
• Support leaders across employee relations, performance management, talent and succession, learning and development, rewards, mobility, talent acquisition, change initiatives, and organization design.
• Apply sound judgement and escalated matters requiring broader regional, legal, or specialist expertise.
