EarnIn is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join its People Operations team in Mexico City. This hybrid role involves hands‑on HR work and strategic partnership, focusing on policies, SOPs, and program support across a global footprint.

You will balance tactical tasks like Workday updates with process redesign to improve efficiency and accuracy, while leveraging AI to enhance operations. You will collaborate across legal, finance, IT, and People Partners, and contribute to vendor management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad range of HR and People Operations work, ideally in a fast‑growing global or tech company.
• Systems thinking mindset with ability to map processes and redesign workflows.
• Experience with HR policy, compliance, SOPs, and knowledge-base content.
• Strong reporting and data skills, including building recurring reports and audit‑ready records.
• Practical AI fluency: using AI tools and validating outputs.
• Clear written and spoken English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to work from Mexico City office at least two days per week.
• Occasional travel to California for in‑person events.

Responsibilities

• Thought partner to People Operations leadership; recommend improvements and design scalable workflows.
• Draft, maintain, and interpret HR policies and SOPs across locations; ensure AI self‑service accuracy.
• Manage projects for new People systems/platform rollouts; coordinate vendors and testing.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, Workday updates, and benefits coordination with providers.
• Maintain project trackers and recurring People reporting; highlight risks and dependencies.
