OSW Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our operations in Mexico and our small team in Texas, USA. You will collaborate with the Global HR Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, onboarding, and HRIS management using Rippling.

This role requires strong knowledge of Mexican employment law, payroll coordination experience, and excellent English communication.

We're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to support our established operations in Mexico and our small team in Texas, USA.

Working alongside our Global HR Manager based in Australia, you'll play a key role in delivering HR across the full employee lifecycle while helping improve processes, support leaders and contribute to our continued growth. You'll be joining a successful global business with operations across Australia, Mexico, the United States, Singapore, Europe and Asia.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

About the Role

As our HR Generalist, you'll work closely with managers, employees and our global HR and Finance teams to deliver practical, commercially focused HR support across Mexico and the USA.

You'll manage everything from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compliance and HRIS management using Rippling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support across Mexico and the USA.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate Mexico payroll with Finance and external providers.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and workflows in Rippling.
• Support managers with performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican employment legislation and support USA HR operations.
• Coordinate remuneration, benefits and HR reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.
• Support regional HR projects and business growth initiatives.

About You

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican employment legislation.
• Experience managing or coordinating payroll.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting HR operations in the USA is highly desirable.
• Experience using an HRIS, with Rippling experience highly regarded.
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach.
• The ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
