Amazon is seeking an Area Manager for our Fulfillment Centers in Mexico. You will lead multiple teams of hourly associates, coach other managers, and own safety, quality, attendance and performance.

You will drive initiatives, optimize processes, manage inventory flow, and implement new technologies to boost efficiency. You must lift up to 49 pounds and work in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience leading large teams and coaching managers.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication in English and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple departments of hourly associates through coaching and performance management.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency across areas and shifts.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery across operations.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to execute long-term strategies.
• Develop and maintain performance management tools to drive accountability.
