Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Mexico to lead and develop a team of 80–100 hourly associates in a fulfillment center. You will motivate, mentor and coach your team, ensuring safety, quality, attendance and engagement while embodying Amazon's Leadership Principles.

You will drive lean improvements, manage shift coverage including nights and weekends, and partner with operations leaders to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Formación

• Work a rotating, flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or 2+ years in related roles.
• 2+ years of work experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience managing large high-performance teams.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 80-100 hourly associates in a FC environment.
• Motivate, mentor and coach the team to achieve goals.
• Embed safety, quality, attendance and engagement as core functions.
• Identify and lead Lean process improvements to delight customers.
• Oversee shift coverage, including overtime during peak seasons.
