Amazon is seeking Area Managers for Fulfillment Centers in Monterrey. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, people development and operations for a functional area of the FC, driving staffing plans, process improvements, and performance metrics across shifts.

• Experience supporting hourly workforces of 50+ employees and leading teams.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drives staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives and change initiatives for the Area Manager's functional area.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds teams accountable for results.
• Leverages staff by sourcing ideas and building improvement plans for the area.
• Ensures best practices are shared across departments, shifts and the network.
• Collaborates with HR, Financial, Facilities, IT and other senior staff to secure resources for projects.
• Addresses operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Identifies cross-area issues and proposes solutions to senior leadership.
