Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a bilingual logistics professional to optimize local end-to-end operations and provide comprehensive support to the local general manager in Mexico City. The role covers sea and air freight, customs, documentation, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced overseas environment.

You will align daily with the global HQ and local clients, develop SOPs, and manage cross-timezone communication.

Formación

• Must have valid legal residency and work permit for Mexico.
• Professional-level Spanish is mandatory; Mandarin and English proficiency required for coordinating with local clients and HQ.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Practical experience in international freight forwarding is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end sea and air freight operations, including customs and cargo handling.
• Coordinate with global HQ, clients, brokers and suppliers; monitor orders and resolve issues.
• Develop localized SOPs and standardized quotation templates for logistics and sales.
• Provide bilingual support to the General Manager and assist in team operations.
• Coordinate cross-timezone communication between headquarters and local branch.
