Expeditors International is seeking a results-driven logistics professional in Mexico City to drive operational excellence across the team. You will mentor a No. 2, manage workloads, and ensure training targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities include developing staff capabilities, coordinating with vendors, and delivering proactive routing, pricing, and project support to key customers within a fast-paced logistics network.

Formación

• Fluent or proficient English communication and writing.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to analyze needs and translate into operational actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Identify with manager, develop and mentor your No. 2.
• Allocate workloads within team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure team meets 52 hours training per year per employee.
• Ensure new hires complete mandatory training within 6 months.
• Support the manager in staff appraisals and development planning.
• Foster strong vendor relations and cost-conscious operations.
• Respond to customer requests with proactive routing and pricing.
