Qualifications

• Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international import/export freight shipments across ocean, rail, truck, LTL, and small package carriers.
• Route, quote, and book freight movements while meeting shipment requirements.
• Communicate with carriers and logistics partners to enable smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and government requirements.
• Monitor shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as point of contact for customers, agents, and partners; provide updates.
• Provide shipment tracking and status updates as needed.
• Support internal teams and external stakeholders on international shipping processes.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and records.
• Assist invoicing processes and documentation review.
• Evaluate logistics partners to improve efficiency.
