PepsiCo in Mexico is seeking a Control & Reporting Analyst (Accountant) to provide operational and analytical support across finance processes. You’ll help cover workload peaks during close, support Intercompany, Reporting, Fixed Assets, Payroll Allocations, and General Ledger as needed, delivering accurate financial reporting under pressure.

The role requires detail orientation, proactivity, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment with international collaboration.

Formación

• Experience in accounting US GAAP, control environment and SOX compliance.
• 1–2 years of financial statement preparation and reporting in a large, multi-unit environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with complex spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, including international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform data validations, reconciliations, and checks to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, uploads, schedules, and variance explanations.
• Provide support with Intercompany processes: reviewing charges, reconciliations, and follow-ups with markets.
• Support the preparation of reports, trackers, and analyses required by management.
• Help document processes and update SOPs when temporary ownership of tasks is assigned.
• Collaborate with teams across different countries to resolve open items and ensure deadlines.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
