Job summary

ABB invites you to join as Financial Analyst at the San Luis Potosí site, contributing to the Trading Business for Electrification Distribution Solutions for USA. You will provide financial expertise, compile metrics, analyze trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in finance, proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI, and strong English. You will support monthly close, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and KPI reporting to improve profitability and cash flow

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA/ACA/CMA preferred.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

Participate in financial accounting, reporting, controlling, and statutory obligations; liaise with external auditors.
Monitor and manage cash flow, milestone billing, transfer pricing, rebates, and risk management.
Analyze business performance through balance sheet and cost center reviews; propose improvements.
Generate monthly KPI reports (cash, profitability, forecast accuracy).
Liaise with collections team to monitor cash flow and debt collection.
Support preparation of financial reporting, monthly closing, and forecasting for the relevant organization.
