ABB in Mexico is seeking a Data Analyst to manage and analyze performance data for the Procurement department. You will extract information from multiple systems, develop automated dashboards, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports that drive efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 1+ year experience in data analysis, advanced Excel and Power BI, and knowledge of SAP or ERP. Strong communication in English and collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 1+ year experience in data analysis and management using Advanced Excel and PowerBI.
• SAP or other ERP knowledge (desirable).
• Open communication skills and different levels.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and optimize operational performance through data analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Lead/support process improvement teams daily.
• Develop and communicate trend and performance reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze information from various systems.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports.
• Validate data quality and integrity.
• Provide analytical support e.g., inventory and material availability trends.
