Qualifications

• ERP-system, SAP-föredragen erfarenhet, medfinansiell analytik.

Responsibilities

• Delta i ekonomisk redovisning, rapportering, controllingsarbete och revisioner.
• Övervaka kassaflöde, milestones, transfer pricing och risker.
• Utföra affärsanalys genom balansräkning och kostnadsställeöversyn och föreslå förbättringsåtgärder.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to your assigned organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.

This role is contributing to the Trading Business for Electrification Distribution Solutions for USA in San Luis Potosi site.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Participate in financial accounting, reporting, controlling, and statutory obligations, while managing audits and liaising with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring milestone billing, transfer pricing, rebate, and risk management.
• Performing analysis of business performance through balance sheet and cost center reviews and accordingly proposing improvement actions.
• Generate monthly reports for KPI monitoring (cash, profitability, forecast accuracy, etc.)
• Liaison with the collections team to monitor collections, dispute resolution, and customer account health to improve cash flow.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reporting, monthly closing, and forecasting for the relevant organization.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred). Open to engineering or technical backgrounds with experience in finance and accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.( Cash flow analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and profitability analysis)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Some proficiency with financial analytics tools, and PowerBI.
• **Advanced English is required**
• Ability to communicate effectively with across finance and cross-functional teams.You are able to interpret data and translate it into insights for business stakeholders.
