Job summary

Aeromexico is seeking a Senior Employee Experience Specialist to lead recognition and engagement efforts that strengthen culture and belonging. You will design, implement, and evolve experiences across the organization, coordinating with HRBPs, COEs, Internal Communications, and key vendors.

The role requires strategic thinking, project leadership, and strong KPI analytics to drive adoption and ROI while managing budgets and resources in a global company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Specialization in Employee Experience or Organizational Development preferred.
• 5+ years in Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or HR.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve recognition and engagement programs.
• Coordinate portfolio, roadmap, and governance for employee experience.
• Partner with HRBPs, HR COEs, and Communications to drive adoption.
• Measure KPIs, analyze insights, and optimize impact.
