Job summary

You will coordinate timelines, materials, logistics, vendor pricing, and post-event reports, while maintaining SOPs and checklists across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading B2B tech conferences, trade shows or international campaigns.
• Experience coordinating remote operations across multiple time zones.
• Bilingual-level English communication abilities (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Direct DevRel presence at global tech symposiums.
• Coordinate with international convention planners and regional teams.
• Prepare participant handbooks, shift rosters, and escalation guides.
• Track budgets, vendor quotes, POs, and invoices.
• Synthesize post-convention reports and lessons learned.
