The ideal candidate has 5+ years in staffing or HR within IT services, superb stakeholder management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR within IT services or consulting.
• 2+ years in Senior/Lead/Manager capacities.
• Experience overseeing engagements for teams of 5+ FTE.
• Strong stakeholder management across disciplines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end staffing across designated Solution Practices, balancing demand and supply.
• Collaborate with Discipline Leads to understand priorities and staffing obstacles.
• Propose staffing tactics including part-time roles, internal transfers, and external recruitment.
• Identify shortfalls and risks ahead of time and propose mitigations.
• Ensure on-time delivery while aligning staffing with business goals.
• Maintain transparent communication among stakeholders and track commitments.
