• 8+ years in Revenue Enablement, SaaS Adoption, or Change Management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness planning for strategic initiatives and service launches.
• Coordinate stakeholder assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Partner with PMO and Change groups on initiative intake and impact.
• Develop launch readiness roadmaps and enablement plans.
• Design and manage enablement programs for service launches.
• Measure readiness impact and drive continuous improvement.
