Schneider Electric is seeking a Customs & Logistics Analyst on a one-year contract to oversee import/export, border transport, and customs documentation, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with centers, carriers, and the Customs department, manage Carta Porte and HTS classifications, and develop projects to improve processes. Advanced English and ERP experience are mandatory; two years in maquiladora environments preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics.
• 2 years’ experience in maquiladora environment.
• Experience in managing high volumes of information, ability to analyze and detect risks.
• Experience in procedures and Customs documentation necessary for the clearance of the goods.
• ERP knowledge is a plus (SAP JD Edwards, etc)
• Advanced English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• General knowledge of import/export areas.
• Customs documentation and compliance with dispositions by Customs and Plant.
• Collaborate with Competency Centers efficiently.
• Business Partnering with Custom Brokers, Carriers, Control tower, Import Export, Supply chain.
• Inventory control and database integrity.
• Record Keeping management (CartaPorte).
• HTS classification and process mapping.
• Develop projects to improve administrative processes.
• Preparation of monthly metrics.
• Assure and control the service level of Local Carriers and operations.
