Walmart de México y Centroamérica is seeking an experienced trade and logistics professional to manage foreign trade operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-saving initiatives across import and export activities.

The role coordinates with 3PLs and logistics partners, analyzes forecasts, and monitors domestic and international shipments to support a reliable supply chain with strong financial oversight.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in foreign trade or international logistics.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and Mexican customs regulations.
• Experience working with 3PL providers and logistics partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and manage shipping and commercial documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders.
• Prepare reports and track operational updates.
• Monitor domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate and follow up with 3PL providers and logistics partners.
• Ensure customs and regulatory compliance throughout the logistics process.
• Analyze forecasts and monitor financial performance indicators.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of foreign trade operations.

Objective

Manage and oversee foreign trade and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customs, regulatory, and documentation requirements for import and export activities. This role will coordinate with logistics providers and key stakeholders, monitor domestic and international shipments, control financial performance, and drive cost-saving initiatives to ensure an efficient and reliable supply chain.

• Preferred experience in retail, customs brokerage firms, or freight forwarding companies.
• Availability to work across Cuautitlán, Tepotzotlán, and Toreo under a hybrid work model.
