Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, MX is seeking a Customer Service Sr. Analyst to be the primary contact for orders, administration from award to closeout, and to align available inventory with order line items to ensure on-time shipment and accurate invoicing.

Responsibilities include creating and editing sales orders in SAP, issuing acknowledgements, handling inquiries in English, and collaborating with Finance, Inventory Planning and Shipping to meet customer requirements.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree in business administration or related and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain roles and position related experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (including but not limited to SAP or similar platforms), specifically with expertise in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Proven experience in order entry and order administration, including managing order processing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and updating order statuses in ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
• English Proficiency.

• Maintain customer contact including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes and billing/receivables questions.
• Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP; create and send order acknowledgements to customers when required.
• Generate and distribute contract summaries when required.
• Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening.
• Work with Finance to process customer invoices, return orders and credit & debit memo requests.
• Create basic quotes in SAP (Catalog net / list / pre-approved Sales Bulletins; standard T&Cs).
• Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Create and maintain special tracking and customer reports.
• Communicate fluently in English, both verbally (calls and meetings) and in writing (email follow-ups and responses), to ensure professional and effective interaction with international clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Performs a variety of simple to complex sales order entry and order administration support activities for customer accounts and works to align available inventory with the sales order line items to ensure that deliverables are shipped and invoiced as required by Collins Aerospace and the customer.

Qualifications You Must Have:
