Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, MX is seeking a Customer Service Sr. Analyst to be the primary contact for orders, administration from award to closeout, and to align available inventory with order line items to ensure on-time shipment and accurate invoicing.
Responsibilities include creating and editing sales orders in SAP, issuing acknowledgements, handling inquiries in English, and collaborating with Finance, Inventory Planning and Shipping to meet customer requirements.

Performs a variety of simple to complex sales order entry and order administration support activities for customer accounts and works to align available inventory with the sales order line items to ensure that deliverables are shipped and invoiced as required by Collins Aerospace and the customer.
