KONE México in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Administrator and Support to back‑office tasks, helping the sales team focus on customers. You will create orders/contracts/equipment in SAP and maintain customer data in CRM and SAP.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance, prepare quotations, monitor billing tickets, and track KPIs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Sales Operations, strong Excel and SAP, and English proficiency, with Saturday work from home.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support or Sales Administration.
Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience with SAP.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Available to work Tue–Sat (Sat from home).

Responsabilidades

Back-office support to help salespeople spend more time with customers.
Create orders, contracts and equipment in SAP; maintain customer data in CRM and SAP.
Process billing-related tickets and monitor the Order Book.
Prepare and follow up quotations as required by operations; track KPIs.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Support to ensure progress.
