Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to act as the primary liaison for customer quality across multiple sites. You will lead communications, drive global quality improvements, and guide issue resolution through structured problem-solving with internal teams and suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Quality, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, or related function within manufacturing.
• Experience using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA and structured problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and quality notifications.
• Coordinate quality activities and communications between customers, contract manufacturers, suppliers, and Molex sites.
• Review quality data and ensure accurate information is communicated to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on 8D reports, corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
• Lead the coordination and closure of customer quality notifications and change management activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving involving Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Drive timely resolution of customer concerns through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Schedule and conduct quality review meetings with customers and teams.
• Coordinate product and process qualification activities for new products/engineering changes.
