Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to act as the primary technical interface with customers, driving containment, root-cause analysis and corrective actions. You will support continuous improvement across manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics engineering.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing quality.
• Experience in Customer Quality or customer-facing quality functions.
• Experience leading problem-solving using the 8D methodology.
• Professional English proficiency for international meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer complaint investigations and containment activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through 8D problem-solving processes.
• Apply Structured Problem Solving (SPS) to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Serve as the technical contact for domestic and international customers.
• Analyze quality data and develop improvement plans based on statistics.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Participate in audits and support Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Lead Lean continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor.
• Monitor customer quality metrics and scorecards.
• Perform statistical validation of root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to resolve on-floor quality issues.
• Promote defect prevention through Six Sigma and Red X.
• Lead customer review meetings and present solutions.
• Collaborate to implement action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
