Clara is seeking a Financial Operations Lead / Global Controller to join its dynamic finance team. The role will own controllership end-to-end, from monthly close to the annual audit, and modernize the function across multiple entities and currencies.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll collaborate with country controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and external auditors. Primarily Mexico City and São Paulo based, we’re open to remote arrangements for the right candidate.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of accounting or controllership experience with multi-entity consolidation.

Responsabilidades

• Own month-end financial close and consolidation across entities.
• Lead the end-to-end annual financial audit with external auditor teams.
• Plan the audit calendar and manage technical accounting questions.
• Support treasury, regulatory, tax and other requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and close checklists as we scale.

Conocimientos

Bilingual English & Spanish/Portuguese

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

MBA or CPA is a plus
