Clara is seeking an AI Business Operations Analyst to join Clara Ops and drive a new chapter of how we run the company. This role isn’t a traditional ops job; you’ll identify where humans can be replaced by AI and build systems to make it happen, sitting at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution.

You’ll own the full loop from opportunity identification to deployment, partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.

Formación

• Experience at top consulting firm or similar high-velocity startup.
• Proven AI automation track record.
• Experience automating operations with AI and shipping implementations.
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or related field in LatAm fintech/B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Familiar with CRMs, data warehouses, BI tools.
• Comfort with LLM APIs to build tools even without software engineering.
• Strong analytical skills using SQL or BI tools (Metabase).
• Structured thinker with bias for action.
• Excellent communicator translating tech to business terms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities where humans can be augmented by AI and automation.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using no-code/low-code tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards with Metabase to surface KPIs.
• Partner with Product to ensure operational readiness for feature launches.
• Create internal playbook on Clara's AI usage.
• Document processes clearly.
