Clara in Mexico City seeks a Financial Operations Lead / Global Controller to own controllership end-to-end, from monthly close to audits, scaling the finance function for a fast-growing B2B fintech. Remote-ready for the right candidate, with cross-border responsibilities across LatAm.

You’ll drive NetSuite as system of record, implement AI tools, and collaborate with CFO, country controllers, and auditors to ensure robust internal controls and compliance while supporting lenders and regulators.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of accounting or controllership experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation.
• Startup/fintech experience in LatAm preferred.
• Proven track record leading annual audits with a Big 4 firm.
• Hands-on NetSuite expertise.
• Experience deploying AI tools and automation in financial workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end close and consolidation across entities.
• Lead end-to-end annual financial audits with external auditors.
• Support treasury, regulatory, tax, and other requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and close checklists.
• Support lenders, investors, and regulatory due diligence.
