HQ Platinum is seeking a Controller in Monterrey, Mexico, to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly close, AP, and AR cycles. This role requires strong experience in financial reporting and a passion for utilizing modern AI-enabled finance tools like QuickBooks Online and Ramp.

As the Controller, you will lead the accounting function, ensuring effective processes, adherence to KPIs, and smooth financial operations while collaborating with the CFO and US executive teams.

Formación

• solid command of AP/AR cycles and internal controls.
• experience managing finance teams directly.
• comfortable managing payroll and working with multiple currencies.

Responsabilidades

• Run the monthly close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage the AP and AR cycles end to end.
• Build and maintain the Finance SOP library.
• Lead the accounting team through an AP Manager.
