Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a NACH Contract Specialist to provide end-to-end contracting support across regions. The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating with global Legal Services and business stakeholders.

You will work within Global Legal Services to drive standardization, knowledge management, and AI-enabled contracting initiatives, ensuring compliant, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with ability to review, draft, revise and negotiate English-language agreements.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail to identify risks.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of contracting matters and meet timelines.
• Experience collaborating with legal, procurement and business partners.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI-enabled contracting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end contract support including drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating and coordinating execution.
• Independently manage routine contracting matters and escalate complex issues to attorneys.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders across regions to fulfill contracting needs.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies, standards, and templates.
• Drive development and maintenance of contract templates, clause libraries and playbooks.
• Support global projects, standardization, knowledge management, and AI contracting initiatives.
• Promote adoption of technology and data-driven approaches to improve quality and efficiency.
• Educate and share knowledge on contracting best practices.
• Build capabilities through cross-training across regions and contracting areas.
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
