PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Professional Recruiter to focus on professional hiring. You will attract, assess, and hire top talent, working with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans and deliver an engaging candidate experience.

This role requires strong sourcing, employer branding, data-driven decisions, and process excellence to support talent acquisition goals, while ensuring compliance and a high-quality candidate journey.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with recruitment marketing principles and channels.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft recruitment plans.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Guide hiring managers on interviewing practices and candidate experience standards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for core roles in Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and more.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
