Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a White Spaces Lead to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities across NA Facilities. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, influence sourcing strategies, and drive decision-making to maximize value and compliance.

You will collaborate with category managers, finance, and stakeholders to define frameworks, KPIs, and prioritised initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP proficiency, and expertise in Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of working experience.
• Advanced English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Supply Chain Maintenance and Category Knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Maintenance, maintenance planning, materials planning, operations, or spare-parts inventory management.
• Understanding end-to-end process for placing purchase orders, receiving goods, matching invoices, and managing spare-parts inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead white space identification framework and KPIs with the Category Manager.
• Translate analytics into category and sourcing opportunities.
• Align with NA Procurement on prioritised initiatives.
• Convert data outputs into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Lead executive-level storytelling with decks and savings narratives.
• Interface with category managers, finance, and stakeholders.
• Own recommendations on sourcing approach and governance.
• Identify automation opportunities and standardize methodologies.
