Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a NACH Contract Specialist to provide end-to-end contracting support for PepsiCo’s U.S. businesses, with primary alignment to designated pillars within Global Legal Services.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and coordinate agreements using templates and playbooks, while collaborating with legal, business stakeholders, procurement, and cross-regional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contracts, commercial transactions, or related field.
• Full professional fluency in English and ability to work with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Experience in a corporate legal department, legal shared services, or large firm is preferred.
• Strong contracting knowledge with ability to review, draft, and negotiate agreements.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of matters with attention to risk and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end contracting support for U.S. businesses and other regions as needed.
• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, coordinate, and support execution of agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters to attorneys or subject-matter experts.
• Collaborate with Legal, business stakeholders, procurement, and other functions across regions.
• Contribute to template harmonization, knowledge resources, and self-service contracting solutions.
• Support technology adoption, data-driven contracting, and AI-enabled initiatives.
