nVent seeks a senior compensation leader to centralize global frameworks and ensure compliant, scalable processes. You will drive standardization, oversee benchmarking, and partner with HR Tech to optimize Workday configurations across regions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance/Business or related field; equivalent experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• CCP certification is advantageous.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation processes or systems.
• Experience with job architecture, benchmarking, and surveys.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS; configuration and reporting.
• Global compensation knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Centralize and supervise compensation frameworks and standard processes globally.
• Oversee regulatory updates and minimum wage compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Tech to manage Workday compensation configuration and data integrity.
• Drive standardization and efficiency in compensation processes.
• Establish governance, controls, and documentation for audit-ready execution.
• Lead global benchmarking processes and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee pay structure development aligning with enterprise frameworks.
• Guide job architecture and benchmarking in line with market data.
• Partner with HR Tech and teams to ensure Workday data and reporting support.
