nVent is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions across HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and more. You will maintain core Workday foundations and support process improvements within a global HR organization.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with COE leaders, gather business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and assist with integrations, data updates, and mass uploads.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience configuring Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Performance, Talent, and Payroll.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Attendance Tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions across HR modules.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with COE leaders and collaborators to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Assist with integrations, data updates, and mass uploads across Workday modules.
• Craft and maintain system documentation, test plans, and reports; support process improvements and automation.
