Qualifications

• Experience in international collections.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience managing a high volume of customer accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable.
• Experience preparing cash collection forecasts and tracking commitments.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with ability to meet KPIs.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of international customers and follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone.
• Communicate professionally in English to resolve payment delays and negotiate commitments.
• Review statements, reconcile balances, investigate discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and update cash collection forecasts based on commitments and risks.
• Meet KPIs for collections, past-due reduction, follow-up activity, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain records of collection efforts and account status.
• Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, Sales, and other teams to resolve payment issues.
• Identify at-risk accounts and elevate unresolved disputes.
