Job summary

DoorDash Mexico is seeking a Collections Analyst to manage a large portfolio of international customers, pursuing past-due invoices and ensuring timely cash collections. You will communicate in English, review statements, and forecast cash collections while meeting strict KPIs.

The role requires experience with international accounts, basic accounting knowledge, and strong collaboration with Billing, Accounting, and Sales teams to resolve payment issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections for international accounts.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable in collection conversations.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience preparing cash collection forecasts and tracking commitments.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of international customers and follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone.
• Communicate professionally in English to resolve delays and negotiate payment commitments.
• Review account statements, reconcile balances, and investigate discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and update cash collection forecasts based on commitments and history.
• Meet KPIs for collections, past-due reduction, follow-up, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account status.
• Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, Sales, and other teams to resolve payment issues.
