Qualifications

• Experience collecting for international accounts.
• Strong English communication for collections conversations.
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer accounts.
• Basic knowledge of AR, invoices, credits, payment application, taxes and reconciliation.
• Experience forecasting cash collections and tracking commitments.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of international customers and follow up on past-due invoices via email/phone.
• Negotiate payment commitments and resolve delays while maintaining relationships.
• Review statements, reconcile balances, investigate discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare cash collection forecasts based on commitments and risks.
• Meet KPIs for collections, past-due reduction, follow-up activity, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain records of collection efforts and account status.
• Partner with Billing, Accounting, Sales to resolve payment issues.
• Identify at-risk accounts and unresolved disputes.
