Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a goal-oriented Collections Analyst to manage a high‑volume portfolio of international customer accounts, focusing on collecting balances and resolving payment issues.

You will prepare cash collection forecasts, meet KPI targets, and collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and Sales to resolve disputes. Candidates should have experience with international accounts, strong English, and basic accounting knowledge under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting for international accounts.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience managing a high volume of customer accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable.
• Experience preparing cash collection forecasts.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven and able to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of international customers and follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone.
• Communicate professionally in English to resolve delays and negotiate payment commitments.
• Review statements, reconcile balances, and investigate discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and update cash collection forecasts based on commitments and history.
• Meet established KPIs for collections, past-due reduction, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account status.
• Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, Sales, and other teams to resolve payment issues.
• Identify at-risk accounts and escalate unresolved disputes.
