• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in client success, account management, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact for inquiries and updates.
• Monitor and manage client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through logistical channels.
• Track and oversee the status.
• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and offering solutions proactively.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order statuses, and feedback.
• Prepare and share regular status reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
