Testing Site - JPMC in Mexico City is seeking an International Client Onboarding Associate to lead treasury product implementations for JP Morgan Chase clients globally. You will coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes project management, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication across teams to translate business requirements into technical specs, while maintaining timelines and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products.
• Passion for delivering a stellar client and partner experience.
• Experience in project management and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration.
• Comfort using Webex, Zoom and other collaboration tools.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Own complex client-facing projects for Mexico in-country, MNC and Product-only deals.
• Assist product implementation and training for assigned clients.
• Participate in client meetings via Zoom and other tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners in RM, Sales, Service, Ops, and Product.
• Support management of client and partner expectations throughout implementation.
• Demonstrate ownership of the onboarding experience and contribute to satisfaction results.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product to streamline processes.
• Identify business risks and address issues when they arise.
• Translate client requests into detailed technical specs for treasury services.
• Document agendas, minutes, and project plans; use workflow tools for updates.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary.
• Set timelines and dependencies to exceed client expectations.
